UW's New Chancellor Meets Students As They Move In
Martin Officially Starts Monday

MADISON, Wis. -- Thousands of University of Wisconsin students are moving into their dorm rooms this week, and the school's new chancellor is also trying to acquaint herself with campus life.
VIDEO: Watch The ReportCarolyn Biddy Martin is introducing herself to some new students at Ogg Hall.It is the newest residence hall with 600 beds and on-site classrooms.Mostly freshman and sophomores live in the new building."I'm trying to get some pointers on moving in and how to un-pack since I'm barely unpacked myself," said Martin.Martin officially starts Monday. Before taking the position at UW, she worked as provost at Cornell University.
