These women said getting up at 5:30 a.m. for their "Pink Platoon Boot Camp" is the perfect way to help them get fit.

Boot campers help each other with a combination of exercise, nutrition and encouragement.

Sessions last four weeks with camp every morning Monday through Friday.

"If you're out going for a run, you're not going to push yourself as hard. But if you see other people push themselves, you'll go I can do this. If she can do this, I can do this," said Katie Hawkins, a Pink Platoon trainer.

Hawkins said when women call her and tell her about their weight loss and self confidence she finds it very rewarding.
