VICINITY OF THIS WAVE. ADDITIONALLY...A MAXIMUM IN DEEP LAYER 
MOISTURE COINCIDES WITH THIS WAVE BASED ON TOTAL PRECIPITABLE 
WATER PRODUCT FROM CIMSS. UPPER AIR TIME-HEIGHT ANALYSIS
