JANESVILLE, Wis. -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency continued to assess flood damage in parts of southern Wisconsin, surveying parts of Rock County on Thursday.Assessment teams were unable to tour the Charley Bluff area in northern Rock County because it is currently inaccessible.Unlike earlier trips to Rock County, FEMA examined roads, bridges, and other public infrastructure, and could provide additional federal aid, WISC-TV reported."If the state cannot deal with all the damage, then they might get a declaration to get assistance for the infrastructure program," said Rebecca Morales, of FEMA external affairs.FEMA will continue preliminary damage assessments Friday in Jefferson, Racine, and Washington counties.
