Judge Orders West Badger Road Apartment Shut Down

MADISON, Wis. -- A ruling by a Dane County judge is calling for the complete shut down of a local apartment building after it became the scene of slaying earlier this month. Police said the slaying is just part of the criminal activity at 910 W. Badger Road.Daniel Wright is facing charges for stabbing and killing his girlfriend earlier this month.Police said they've been called to the complex numerous times for drug-related activity.The complex at 910 W. Badger is also targeted under the city's nuisance ordinance and a judge ruled to shut down the property within 30 days.
