Johnson Charged With 3 Counts Of First-Degree Intentional Homicide

MADISON, Wis. -- A Michigan man was charged Wednesday with three counts of first-degree intentional homicide in connection with the shooting deaths of three teens at a river on the Wisconsin-Michigan border.Authorities said Scott Johnson, 38, opened fire on a group of swimmers, killing three and injuring one.Johnson was arrested Friday after an all-night manhunt.He is being charged in Wisconsin because the shots were fired from that side of the Menominee River, which divides the two states, WISC-TV reported.
