Authorities said the Wisconsin couple has made their way to a safer spot to wait for rescuers.Authorities said rescuers are close to the two hikers but were unable to get them off the mountain Thursday. They will resume their rescue Friday and said rescuers know the location of the couple and are about 1,000 feet below them.An earlier attempt to rescue the hikers by a Navy helicopter failed as the helicopter had to turn back due to low visibility and inclement weather. The U.S. Navy said it has their helicopter on stand by in case of a break in the weather.
