Hunters Find More Human Remains In Brown County

MORRISON, Wis. -- Hunters have found more human remains while looking for deer.A human skull was found partially out of the ground near the Brown and Manitowoc County line Wednesday.Brown County Sheriff's Capt. Jeff Sanborn told the Wrightstown Post-Gazette that they have recovered a complete, intact skeleton, although some bones are broken down.He said the bones might have emerged due to the heaving of the soil caused by cycles of freezing and thawing.The case is considered a homicide, though Sanborn said that it's too early to tell the anything about the victim.Hunters have also found human remains in Dodge and Fond du Lac counties this season. One person was identified as a former Brookfield man who committed suicide and the officials are still trying identify the other one.
